As a registered architect and educator, Audrey Sato offers a unique mix of practical experience and scholarly knowledge. Audrey is the Principal of SATO Architects, founded in 2010. Her practice includes a variety of project types, including historic preservation. Her rehabilitation work in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills includes buildings originally designed by Lloyd Wright and Gregory Ain. She is especially qualified to work on projects with Mills Act Contracts, as she serves as an inspector of Mills Act Properties for the City of Los Angeles Office of Historic Resources.
Audrey graduated with honors from Brown University, with a double concentration in Visual Arts and Architectural Studies. She went on to receive her Master of Architecture I degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, winning numerous design awards during her time there. Audrey is a licensed architect in the state of California and an active member of the AIA and AWA+D.
